Further to our post earlier today,
At this difficult time we appreciate our customers may face emergencies and we want to help you as much as we can.
We have therefore taken the decision during The Governments lockdown, subject to the our health and that of our team to attend emergency situations only - loss of power to your property which we may be able to rectify over the phone with advice and basic instruction (no guarantee) this will be a free service.
If not we will try to attend to carry out preliminary checks and testing, isolate and make safe any dangerous situations. There is no guarantee to repair all faults as materials maybe required that we are unable to get during lockdown, but we we will endeavour to reinstate a supply and make you safe.
Any call outs in a lockdown - 100% honesty will be required whether you are self isolating or diagnosed virus.
- only essential repairs and inspections will be completed.
- Any individual or contractor attending the property must be informed if any individual is self-isolating or has a suspected or confirmed case of Coronavirus.
- PPE such as a facemask, goggles and disposable gloves will be worn
- The attending person will keep at least 2m away from others at all times
- Offers of drinks or food while at the property will be declined
