Down to today to strip the hessian from our lime pointing project.
Good to get feed back from the tenants that there is already a noticeable difference in the internal condensation.
The brickwork on this property was around 200 years old and had suffered in recent years due to being repointed in cement mortar causing a lot of internal damp issues, hopefully the walls can now breathe!

Good progress on our extension shell for .chrissy in Consett
Only 6.5 days onsite, of this extension project with very restricted access,

✅ 3x grab loads of spoil off site
✅ foundations excavated
✅ 6.5m3 of concrete foundations in
✅ 10 ton of sub base in
✅ new drainage and manholes
✅ brick and block work well under way

We are small company and work predominantly on domestic projects, experience in associated works would be an advantage, such as groundworks, paving and stonework.
