This really opened up the rear extension of this home after the original troublesome bi-folds were removed, with a seamless level threshold internally.

Difficult access on this one meant have build the frame up onsite, and not to mention the weight of the glazed units .

✅ internal horns left off to give increased sash lift for fire escape
✅ hidden trickle vents with external canopy and a very discreet internal vent
