Some pictures taken from the other week at our job out by Kettins.

Internal alterations took place to a large section of the ground floor with a few walls being knocked down and steel beams fitted to create a large kitchen/dining/living area and wee utility/bootroom in behind a secret door.🔨

🔨 Kitchen Transformation Complete!

Full kitchen and utility room installed, including removal of structural wall between dining room and installation of a steel beam to create a much more open space.

New click vinyl also fitted throughout. 🔨

A nice wee job to come back to after the holidays.

Some pictures of a recent extension in Errol, finished just in time for Christmas.

Adding an extra living space and shower room, finished externally with Millboard Shadow Line composite cladding.

A recently completed roof on a job near Dunkeld 🔨

Traditionally built and finished externally in zinc.

Internally finished with Skanda Savolit Wood Wool Board fitted between the rafters.

More to come from this job nearing completion.

Some old 3 phase workshop machines in need of some tlc if there are any enthusiasts out there in need of a project. Also a 240v radial arm saw and a mortice machine.

The thicknesser and the table saw are monsters and considering they have been sat for 30 odd years they still fire up. Pigeon p**p included free of charge.

Solid progress and a great start in week one on our job near Kettins.

Walls down and steels in, now onto altering some window sizes while the plumbers and sparky do their thing.
So glad to have an inside job like this while it doesn't seem to want to stop raining.

It's been a little while since our last post so here's a project we recently completed and are proud to share.

Done in two phases it involved a complete renovation and some pretty big alterations to the former Roost restaurant in Bridge of Earn and the neighbouring house, joining the two together into one totally one off 5 bedroom home.

We're really pleased with how this turned out and a big thanks to everyone involved.

Something a bit different. Here's a wee job we completed last year. In Situ climbing in Dunkeld also doubles up as a gym, is kitted out with it's own climbing wall and has a shop up top which sells amazing coffee as well as lots of climbing equipment.
One of many jobs which has kept us really busy over the last 12 months and 2022 is looking like another great year. Thanks to everyone who's kept us going👏
