Just finished working on a pair of these quality armchairs. Recovered in a lush fabric (Floriana-red) Lots of pattern matching. The legs/woodwork - stripped and stained to a dark walnut. The corner of my workshop doesn’t do justice to how lovely they will look in situ.

Thought I’d share an snippet. To strip a chair down properly all staples need to be removed. Removing these deeply embedded metal monsters is zen art form. Every upholsterer has their own tools/rituals for this task.
