We’re all about the externals as well as the internals. 🏡

A great build shouldn’t stop at the front door.

At our recently completed Camber project, just as much thought went into the outside spaces as the inside - creating a home that flows seamlessly from one to the other, all thanks to RXArchitects

From the mix of natural timber and dark cladding, to the landscaped entrance, bespoke fencing and gates, expansive patio, covered outdoor kitchen and entertaining area, every detail has been considered.

And, of course, there’s the pool waiting just beyond. ☀️

Because when you’re building by the coast, the outside deserves to be every bit as good as the inside.

Camber is complete! 🙌

After months of hard work, the finishing touches are done and our Camber project is ready to welcome some very lucky holidaymakers. ☀️🌊

From the warm timber cladding and light-filled open-plan living space to the bespoke joinery, landscaped garden and that incredible swimming pool, it’s fantastic to see the whole project finally come together.

We’re especially pleased with the balance of materials throughout - natural timber, soft neutral finishes and black detailing creating a contemporary home that still feels relaxed and perfectly suited to its coastal setting.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this one to life.

The final stretch at Bexhill… 🏡

It’s great to look back at where this project started and see just how far it’s come.

From the timber frame taking shape to the finished exterior, our Bexhill project is now very nearly ready to become a home.

There are just the final bits of landscaping to complete at the front and back, followed by a full clean and those last touch-ups throughout before everything is ready for occupation in mid-September.

Not long to go now… 👏

Oxney is starting to come together. 👌

Our full refurbishment of this property is now well into the finishing stages, and it’s great to see all the details we’ve been working towards taking shape.

Inside, the finishes are bringing plenty of character — from the bespoke oak staircase and joinery to the fitted kitchen, bathrooms, tiling, flooring and decoration throughout. The mix of natural timber, muted tones and black-framed glazing works brilliantly together.

Outside, work is progressing on the landscaping and patios, completely transforming the areas surrounding the house and creating a much stronger connection between the property and its rural setting.

There are still those all-important finishing touches and snags to complete, but after such an extensive refurbishment, it’s great to see Oxney looking more and more like the finished home.

Not long to go now… 👀

One year on...

A year ago, we were breaking ground on our Bexhill project. Fast forward 12 months, and it's incredible to see just how far this build has come.

From the initial groundwork and structural frame to the progress you see today, every stage has been a testament to the craftsmanship, dedication and attention to detail of everyone involved.

We're now into the final stages, with:
• Final landscaping works 🌿
• The fit-out of the garden room 🏡
• Final snagging to the main house 🔨

We're not quite at the finish line yet, but seeing the transformation over the past year makes us even more excited to share the finished result.

How it started ➡️ How it’s going 👷‍♂️

From individual sections of aluminium and steelwork on site to a fully installed brise soleil spanning the rear elevation of our Bexhill project.

Designed to provide solar shading across the large areas of glazing, the finished structure also adds a striking architectural detail to the new upper floor - and frames those sea views pretty nicely too.

Happy Friday, folks! ☀️

Another hot week is drawing to a close, but the team has been pushing on at our Bexhill project... and we're excited to see the landscaping finally taking shape.

Fresh turf is now laid, pathways are coming together, and this incredible coastal home is really starting to blend into its stunning surroundings. With uninterrupted sea views like these, it's not hard to imagine how special this garden is going to be once it's fully established.

A huge thank you to the whole team for their hard work in some seriously challenging temperatures over the last few weeks. 👏

The finish line is in sight at our Southcliff Coastal project in Bexhill. 🌊🏡

From the clean architectural lines to the bespoke joinery, seamless porcelain finishes and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, every detail is now coming together exactly as envisioned.

One of the standout features has to be those breathtaking sea views, framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling glazing. It's a home designed to make the most of its incredible coastal setting while delivering luxury, comfort and timeless style throughout.

We're incredibly proud of the craftsmanship that's gone into this project and can't wait to share the finished result with you very soon.
