It’s hard to believe these photos are of the same building.

As part of our full refurbishment at Oxney, we’ve completely reimagined the rear elevation, replacing tired façades with contemporary dark cladding and introducing expansive glazing by to maximise natural light and make the most of the surrounding views.

What was once a dated exterior is now becoming a striking modern home, blending clean architectural lines with the property’s original character. The difference inside is just as impressive, with the new glazing flooding the living spaces with light.

Interior decor continues, with the Kitchen tiling now commencing.

When a project re-visit coincides with an unprecedented May heatwave 😅☀️

Not a bad office for the day. Returning to this stunning contemporary build to see how everything has settled into the landscape - with the pool looking particularly inviting in the sunshine.

Clean lines, natural textures, and outdoor spaces designed to be enjoyed when the weather finally delivers. Safe to say this one was hard to leave.

A few more progress shots from our Camber project ☀️

Seeing the lighting, switches and feature details all installed makes such a difference and finally gives a proper feel for the finished spaces.

The combination of natural timber cladding, clean black detailing and oversized glazing is looking exactly how we hoped, while inside the oak staircase, polished concrete floors and bathrooms are all tying together brilliantly 👌

The bathrooms in particular are looking sharp with the textured tiles, floating basins and matte black fittings.

Outside, the pool is now partially filled… thanks in part to last week’s downpours before this glorious heatwave arrived 😅☀️ Landscaping works are also getting underway which is transforming the site more and more each week.

Still a few finishing touches and external works left to go, but we’re definitely on the home stretch now 👏

The downstairs at our Camber project is really starting to come together now 👌

The large format flooring running throughout the whole ground floor looks incredible, especially alongside the warm oak finishes and all the natural light coming into the space.

The kitchen is taking shape nicely, the built-in cabinetry and fireplace area are coming together, and you can finally start to get a real feel for how the finished home is going to look.

Still plenty left to do, but it’s always satisfying reaching the stage where all the different elements start tying together after months of work on site. Big credit to all involved so far 👏

The bathrooms at our Camber project are really starting to come together now, with the incredible team at Venetian bringing their flawless Forcrete plaster finishes to life.

From the texture to the depth and movement in the finish, the craftsmanship speaks for itself. We’re especially grateful to the team for going out of their way to travel down to Camber for us.

The result? A finish that completely elevates these spaces and ties perfectly into the overall feel of the project.

Big thanks to the team for their hard work and attention to detail 👏

Another strong week of progress at our Matfield project 👷‍♂️🏡

The insulation is now going in, helping bring the build one step closer to being watertight and ready for the next phase. Roof complete, structure looking great, and the internal spaces are really starting to take shape.

M&E starts this week, with first fix works getting underway, while external landscaping has also begun to transform the surroundings of the property.

Plenty happening on site and great to see everything moving forward smoothly.

At our South Cliff coastal project, this might look like a pile of aluminium right now - but not for long. This is the beginning of a precision-built canopy that will completely transform the space.

Clean lines, sharp detailing, and flawless ex*****on - every piece has its place, and we’ll be bringing it all together over the next few weeks.
