The position is to work on our Reactive maintenance contract, working in London and surrounding areas.

You will need to be able to carry out reactive maintenance works and have good experience in the electrical industry. Knowledge of carrying our EICR's would be an advantage.

We require someone who is fully qualified as an electrician, confident to work on their own and motivated to work to a high standard. NVQ3 and 18th Edition is required.

Monday to Friday with overtime if desired
28 days holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)

C Birkby Electrical Ltd are currently looking to recruit 2 new office administrators.
🔵Both full time positions Monday to Friday.
🔵Hours are either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
🔵Office is located in Staplehurst

Duties will include phoning and making appointments, ordering parts, updating spreadsheet and databases. Answering the phone, sending emails and other general administrative tasks.

Experience in administration would be preferred but not essential.
Experience in managing/ booking diaries or within the electrical or construction sector would be of an advantage.
All training is provided, we would require you to have a good telephone manner and be confident when making/answering call, A willingness to learn and have good attention to detail.

We are currently looking to employ an operations administrator to work for our ever-growing family run business. The Ideal candidate will need to be friendly and trustworthy. We are looking for a confident, organised, punctual person to join our team who is confident speaking to customers on the phone, has a good telephone manner and a quick learner.
The right candidate would preferably have at least 1 years’ experience in administration with good knowledge of Microsoft office such as excel and Teams.
Knowledge of the electrical/ construction industry would be desired but not essential.
The role would initially be working remotely from your home, However with the plan of moving into our new offices based in staplehurst, Kent towards the end of the year. (if working from home is not convenient, we are able to offer you a desk in our current home office in staplehurst).
Your duties will include….

• Booking electrical works for electricians
• Uploading information from job sheets to database
• Ordering materials from wholesalers
• General day to day administration jobs.
