This seems to be happening a lot at the moment it’s maybe the 10th one this summer🤔🥴 getting asked to put right flat roofs that has just been done normally by different trades or customers trying to have a go at it after watching some YouTube tutorials🙄 it can lead to a costly mistake
We are approved polyroof contractors with nearly 20years experience in flats roofs
This particular roof was just an overlay to waterproof with minimal disruption and stop the rain as was only a couple of months old but there now is so much spec on insulation ventilation and vapour control

A flat roof we looked at a few years ago couldn’t wait any longer🙄 50 year old roof underneath a roof that was told had been put on 30 years ago and regularly patched for last 5years
No sign of any insulation over a 60sqm area 🫣🤯
So a full strip off and roof re constructed with a warm roof design
Waterproofed using polyroof protec roofing system 👌💪
