Another successful project progressing well for TPS at a Residential Care Home in Northampton, where preparations are underway for a new elevator installation 🚧🏗️

These progress photos show the full process step by step — from floor levelling and sand preparation, through to reinforcement installation, concrete works, and the final latex finish creating a smooth, level surface ready for the next stage 🧱✨

TPS were contracted to carry out structural repairs to a property affected by subsidence.
We carefully dismantled approximately 1.5m of the brickwork, right up to roof level, and rebuilt it to ensure long-term stability and safety.

🚧✨ TPS to the rescue! ✨🚧

We were contacted last year by a lovely client who had been completely let down by a previous contractor — her garden was left in a shocking state.

Our team stepped in and got to work:
🔨 Rebuilt a fully reinforced wall using formwork and concrete for long-lasting strength
🧱 Created a structurally sound finish built to stand the test of time
🌿 Levelled the garden area
🏡 Installed a solid shed base
🪜 Added paving and steps to bring the whole space together

The result? A complete transformation and one very happy customer 🙌

Another transformation complete by TPS Groundworks 💪

We recently wrapped up this project in Towcester, extending the existing tarmac area to create more usable space, while also installing new steps and a clean, durable footpath for easy access.

TPS are pleased to report that the tarmac is now down on site in Towcester!

This marks another key milestone in the project, with the new surface laid and the area really starting to come together. Final finishing works, including edging and detailing, will follow shortly.

The paving works are now nearing completion, with the team preparing for the next stages including tarmacing and finishing all edging details.

Great strides have been made on site, and the transformation is really starting to take shape. We look forward to sharing the final results soon.
