There can be a misconception that because work is progressing, everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. In reality, there’s a constant balance between workforce costs, supplier payments, rising labour expenses and operational overheads — all while navigating extended payment terms.
Maintaining service quality, supporting our workforce and ensuring people are paid on time, while working within the commercial constraints of the insurance repair sector, takes careful planning and discipline.
