New Year, new bathroom. I'm happy to get this one completed for a lovely family in Letchworth. The client wanted to renovate and amend the layout of the room. We started again from scratch to install this new contemporary bathroom.

We installed a new shower enclosure, deep fill steel bath with concealed fittings and bath filler without taps, wall mounted toilet, basin and wall mounted unit, an electric mirrored cabinet, towel rail and various other bits and pieces.

The whole room needed a new floor, plastering throughout, porcelain floor and ceramic wall tiles, swapped door around for better access, aqua panels installed in shower enclosure for easy cleaning, white quartz worktops, moved light switch over and led light fitting. Decorating was done throughout with deluxe heritage paint for a durable and classic finish.

Utility/cloakroom renovation in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. The old room wasn't very practical and didn't really feel like part of the home, so we started from scratch, made some slight structural adjustments and revamped the whole room into a modern usable space.

Being old solid walls there was damp and condensation previously, but we remedied this using metal metal studwork on all external walls and installed mechanical extraction.

The sliding door system was fitted to store tumble dryer and washing machine and we're booked in to return after Christmas to install shelving inside the cupboard.

Solid gold radiator installed! Nah, only joking. Installed gold effect new cast iron radiators with traditional brass valves and collars for repeat clients in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

New pipework and various amendments were needed to be made as they didn't want surface mounted pipes. We also installed decorative panelling behind the radiators and fully decorated. The client also requested that we instal new towel rails in the bathrooms and a reclaimed wall hung cast iron radiator in the kitchen, which was sprayed black and gold prior to installation.

We're booked in to complete the wall panelling through the whole front reception room.
