We were called out late in the week to a lovely family who had a boiler breakdown resulting in no heating or hot water.

After inspection, it was decided that the best solution was a boiler replacement.

Today we squeezed in a Saturday shift to replace the old boiler with a Worcester Bosch 8000+ combi boiler. We flushed the system and commissioned the boiler with a 12 year manufacturers warranty

Heating Helpers Ltd are Worcester Bosch accredited installers.

New boiler installed ✅
Hot water and heating restored ✅
Extended warranty ✅

Did you know that the pipes in your loft should be insulated?

With all this cold weather recently we have had a few call outs to burst pipes which have caused some major damage to properties and a big inconvenience for families. The cold weather has caused the pipes to freeze and split creating leaks and bringing ceilings down.

Insulating exposed pipes in the loft area can help prevent this from happening.

In the cold weather do not turn your heating off if you are going away or the house is empty for a while. Turn the thermostat down but not off. Installing a smart thermostat like Hive can help you control your heating while you are away from home.

Happy Friday ....... And speaking of happy, another happy customer!!

A routine service found this very old floor standing boiler unsafe to use. After discussing options with the young family, a new combi boiler was installed this week. They can now enjoy plenty of hot water on demand and the heating is controlled via a smart thermostat! That means they can have a family day out and boost the heating so it’s toasty and warm for when they arrive home . Nice job done for a lovely family.
