Replaced the gearbox on this door as it had jammed in the locked position. The reason it had failed was due to a broken hinge making the door very difficult to lock for the lovely lady.
Also upgraded the lock cylinder, should last at least another 10yrs hopefully!

Had to let him down gently as due to the age of the lock it was most likely metal fatigue.

Customer’s lock failed as the only way to open the door internally was by pulling the thumb-turn lock 🤦‍♂️

New 3* Diamond grade ULTION lock fitted along with small pull-handle to match the exterior one.
