I’ve been so busy recently once again I’ve forgotten to post what I’ve been up to!

I spend at least a couple of days a month working on a splendid house in Knebworth. 🏡

Last week in between the downpours I spent my time outside in the log stores upgrading the lighting to 5ft leds. ☀️🌧️🌦️

Let’s hope for the summer to arrive soon as I’ve lots of outside work coming up!

Tewin Cowper CoE Primary School, have return after the Easter holidays to their new defibrillator on the outside of the main gates. ⚡️

Other work carried out in the kitchen including new sockets for refrigeration and moved the food mixer into a new area.

Hopefully if I’m back again will be in term time and I might get a treat from the kitchen staff! 🧁🍰

New Year Resolution was to post each week and I’ve forgotten the last 2 as been so busy! 😬

Last week I fitted new power to electric gates in Rushden run from the garage with a new fully metal RCBO fuseboard.
Also fitted new LED lighting at the gates and on the garage all controlled by 2 PIR’s

Lovely property to work on and it even stopped raining for the day! ⛅️

Been busy the last few of weeks on a couple of rewiring jobs.

First one in Luffenhall (near Weston) for a very happy customer.

Fitted a fully metal RCBO fusebox fuseboard, New dimmable LED lighting throughout, New mains smoke alarms throughout and changed all switches and sockets to brushed chrome.

Just one set back along the way when the rain was so bad I was flooded out! 🌧️🚙🚣

My second part rewire in Hoddesdon was replacing old twin cable with new twin and earth and another happy customer. 💯

A job carried out last week recessing cables into the wall for a tv installation.

Using 50 x 50 trunking in the wall for future use with bush plates at both ends to secure all the cables tidily.

A new socket outlet put behind the tv for power.

I’ve had many jobs over the last 14 years for Waltham Abbey Town council, many have involved working at height! 🔝

Last week I installed new LED street lightening which are bought on with photocells. Not only do they look super modern they are cheaper to run and less maintenance.

For those of you that know me well know how much I love heights 😬but totally worth it when I see the results.

A busy proper first week back last week after the Christmas break!

A nice job to start with updating this fuseboard.

This now meets current wiring regulations, being a fully metal fuse box fuseboard with RCBO protection.

Remember all electrical works must be carried out by a certified electrician so the job can be certificated.
