From a tired looking kitchen to nice and fresh !

Howdens whitney porcelain white frontals with satin finished k**b handles 😊

Our customer had moved into a new home knowing the kitchen was a bit tired but it wasn’t till she moved in that she realised how bad it was.

A lot of the frontals were delaminating and some had sellotape holding them together.
We stripped them all off, supplied new ones and fitted decor panels to the ends of the cabinets so that everything was coloured matched.

We also removed 2 wall cabinets and fitted some floating shelves instead.

Happy Friday,

After waiting on delivery of an extra section of railing we could get this decking job fully completed ✅

Ready for the customer to enjoy the rest of the Scottish summer….☀️☔️

Matching Warm Chestnut railings with black round spindles, black base cap and post caps give a nice contrasting finish the the job 😍

Happy Sunday, it has been a wet one for us this week but due to the schedule just now we had to soldier on to get this decking job pushed on.

42 square metres, framed with green treated timber, support posts dug out and concreted in, covered with DPC to protect the tops of the timbers.

Then the lovely composite decking, Ultra-shield essentials range from NewTechWood in the Warm Chestnut finish 😍.

The customer preferred the non-slip side of the board to give a little extra grip when its wet.

Matching handrail to be fitted this coming week and a few finishing touches with some fascia boards to finish off down the sides to the ground. Stay tuned for the completed pictures ✅🪵

Outside in the sunshine ☀️

We were asked to build this decking to add to the back garden. Coming straight out the doors onto the deck was a perfect way to do it.

Using treated timber to build the frame, painting the top of the joists to prolong the timber and then using treated decking to finish it off.

The customer also wanted some sort of divide so far along the decking so we fitted 2 treated deck posts and formed a handrail in between, slightly packed off the deck to prevent any trapped rainwater from rotting the timbers.

A good addition to the garden for sure 🪵✅

TwentyFore Golf Studio Update ⛳️

Golf bays finished off after electrical first fix has been completed. Ready for paint and flooring now.

Putting green framed and sheeted with graded slope to add a bit of variety.

Some finishing touches to do once the place gets pushed on a bit more again 👌🏼⛳️

Days 2 and 3 at TwentyFore Golf Studio complete ✅🪵.

Walls have been sheeted with 11mm OSB to Trackman spec as well as the ceilings inside the hitting bays.

We have left access for electrical works to be carried out to keep the job pushing on. Sheets have been pre-cut for ease upon return.

The front fascia has been finished off with 21mm red pine, shaped off with the router to take any sharp edge away.

Above the frames has been sheeted to form a walk way for electrical access, using 18mm OSB.

Job is progressing nicely, sloped putting green to come soon 🪵⛳️

Day 1 of work beginning at TwentyFore Golf Studio in Kilmarnock today.

Large frames made up forming the simulator bays and ceiling joists put in today.

4.3m x 3.2m frames so a heavy but very productive day ✅👌🏼

A much needed bit of TLC for our workshop this week ☀️🪵

After having it as the family business hub for the last 35 years, with it being right next to Kilmaurs train station it was time to show it a bit of love once again.

We have fitted Anthracite Grey UPVC Shiplap cladding onto new timber straps to help keep the weather off of the building.

To add a little something we have put a nice border along the bottom using spiked stabs and decking board and then backfilled with some cotswold buff chips.

Hopefully another 35 years of this workshop to come 😊

Wardrobe Refresh 🪵

We were asked to re-new these wardrobes for a customer in Kilmaurs, the old metal frames were removed, wall stripped down and then re-framed further out to allow extra space for hanging inside.

Walls re-sheeted inside with fresh plasterboard, shelving built to accommodate for plenty of hanging and stacking space.

4 sliding doors, 2 of which are mirrored have been fitted on sliding tracks making the room feel bigger as no doors are opening into the room anymore ✅
