Kitchens, Kitchens and more Kitchens 🏠

This week we have been local in Kilmaurs fitting a Wren kitchen in Gloss Cashmere J Pull handle range.

Not the biggest space but has everything you would need. Lots of worktop space, a lovely Neff hide and slide oven, Franke stainless steel sink, and some corner carousels to put the cherry on top.

A very effective way to use the space ✅🤩

This week, with the somewhat nice weather helped us get this house full of windows and new french doors 🪟😮‍💨

The first picture shows a good before and after with the old windows being full of plastic and quite boxy looking.

We have fitted nice new Kommerling windows with save heat glass supplied by Stevie @ FrameTek.

These have a much nicer profile and take away the excess plastic to let in more natural light ☀️

It’s that time of year again… New kitchens before the dreaded Christmas period 👀.

This couple will hopefully happily be cooking Christmas dinner this year in their new Wren kitchen.

A handleless style with copper trims to add a flash of colour to this Pencil Grey door and Walnut worktop combination.

With under unit lighting on the wall units and the additional spotlights it keeps this kitchen nice and bright.

Additional features include a pop up socket at the breakfast bar area with wireless charging built in.

It all came together nicely with potentially some nice new flooring once the rest of the room is sorted out 😮‍💨✅

Happy Friday, its the weekend folks 😊.

Here are some pics from a couple of jobs finished off this week.

First lot of pictures is 2 built in cupboards, requested by the customer to provide some extra storage in their relatively new build property. Some shelving as well as a clothes rail with an additional shelf on the top gives a great storage solution for this dead space.

The second bunch of pictures is some under stair storage built custom in our workshop and fitted on site. Large drawers inside for ease of access and heavy duty soft close runners to allow the customer to fill these effectively.

The diary is pretty full in the run in til Christmas for bigger jobs but still some availability for smaller jobs needing done.

A few really nice things in the pipeline to share soon 🪵✅

From a tired looking kitchen to nice and fresh !

Howdens whitney porcelain white frontals with satin finished k**b handles 😊

Our customer had moved into a new home knowing the kitchen was a bit tired but it wasn’t till she moved in that she realised how bad it was.

A lot of the frontals were delaminating and some had sellotape holding them together.
We stripped them all off, supplied new ones and fitted decor panels to the ends of the cabinets so that everything was coloured matched.

We also removed 2 wall cabinets and fitted some floating shelves instead.

Happy Friday,

After waiting on delivery of an extra section of railing we could get this decking job fully completed ✅

Ready for the customer to enjoy the rest of the Scottish summer….☀️☔️

Matching Warm Chestnut railings with black round spindles, black base cap and post caps give a nice contrasting finish the the job 😍

Happy Sunday, it has been a wet one for us this week but due to the schedule just now we had to soldier on to get this decking job pushed on.

42 square metres, framed with green treated timber, support posts dug out and concreted in, covered with DPC to protect the tops of the timbers.

Then the lovely composite decking, Ultra-shield essentials range from NewTechWood in the Warm Chestnut finish 😍.

The customer preferred the non-slip side of the board to give a little extra grip when its wet.

Matching handrail to be fitted this coming week and a few finishing touches with some fascia boards to finish off down the sides to the ground. Stay tuned for the completed pictures ✅🪵

Outside in the sunshine ☀️

We were asked to build this decking to add to the back garden. Coming straight out the doors onto the deck was a perfect way to do it.

Using treated timber to build the frame, painting the top of the joists to prolong the timber and then using treated decking to finish it off.

The customer also wanted some sort of divide so far along the decking so we fitted 2 treated deck posts and formed a handrail in between, slightly packed off the deck to prevent any trapped rainwater from rotting the timbers.

A good addition to the garden for sure 🪵✅

TwentyFore Golf Studio Update ⛳️

Golf bays finished off after electrical first fix has been completed. Ready for paint and flooring now.

Putting green framed and sheeted with graded slope to add a bit of variety.

Some finishing touches to do once the place gets pushed on a bit more again 👌🏼⛳️
