J Reynolds Building Services For the past ten years J Reynolds Building Services has been providing a 1st class service to all private clients and contractors throughout Scotland.

We are VAT registered company which means we can carry out with in connection with Government Grant Schemes. We have both public and employers liability insurance and are registered with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency to carry waste. Although our main line of work is within the Roofing Sector we also have a number of other skills within our workforce which allows us to carry out any wo

rk related to the building industry no matter how big or small. From roughcasting and plastering through to ceramic tiling. Over the years we have built up relationships with other tradesmen and continue to work in conjunction with the same joiners, bricklayers, plumbers and electricians so you can be rest assured that an efficient and professional service will be provided from the start to finish of each job we carry out. References for all types of work can be provided by private clients, Government bodies and main building Contractors.

Following on from the completion of Phase 1 in August last year, the 2nd Phase of this tendered contract at Bo'ness Public School is now underway.
Again, a full strip and re-slate in Spanish Samacca to 50mm copper clout nails (supplied by MKM Building Supplies), single ply works to flat roof areas parapets and box gutters, stripping out the metal rooflights and replacing the patent glazing in the middle of the roof (Ronnie Laing Windows). Great job of scaffolding by Merc Scaffolding LTD as always.
Thankfully the sun decided to come out and long may it continue!

Positions still available but driving licence is essential for these roles.

Looking for flat roof specialists, primarily built up bitumen felt with experience in single ply and cold applied systems preferred. Immediate starts for the correct candidates. Working on local authority buildings with registered roof assured materials and works carried out to the highest standard. Driving licence essential.

We also have posts available for general slaters / tilers for private and local authority works and all round maintenance contract works.
Should the right candidate apply a supervisor / foreman position will be available with incentive bonus package provided.
Working in the Central Belt, Stirling & Falkirk area predominantly. Working as part of a team of local tradesmen within the company which has run for over 20 years.
Good rates of pay.
Pension.
Company van provided.
All workwear and PPE provided.
Opportunities for training & courses on a variety of roofing systems and related tickets i.e. IPAF, MEWPS, Asbestos training, Occupational Works Supervisors etc.
