An employee of Smokeys, a local restaurant, got locked in the toilet after hours due to a faulty lock. 🔑
In situations like this, it is of utmost importance to react quickly. I got there within 10-15 minutes, gained access fast and let the employee out. The lock was replaced afterwards to prevent future incidents.

📞 A customer called in panic, the door wouldn't open and her daughter was locked inside the room.

I was there within 15 minutes and got the door open fast. 🔑

The lock was very old, and the customer really wanted to keep it so the original look of the door was preserved. So I took the lock, cleaned it up and got it to work properly again. In the end, I refitted the lock back and the door looked just like before but this time working properly!

What happens when your key gets stuck in the lock? 🔑

I had a call this week to a work cabin. The key had broken and was stuck in the lock. After extracting the broken key, the next step was removing the lock, inspecting it and cleaning it out. In the end after making sure it was working properly again, the lock was refitted back, and all was good!
