Hi guys, so we have some improvement which is great,

I have a mixture of 2, 2.5, 3.5, 5KW wall mounted AC unit units in stock,

If you’ve been thinking about getting in touch, now is the time, whilst we have stock available, if you book a stock unit you will get a priority installation slot.

We can also get hold of 7kW wall units to order and with a quick ish turnaround.

Stock: Haier, Mitsubishi Electric, Rointe & Hitahci

I have a very, very minimal amount of two and three-way multi outdoor units available also,

I know some of you are waiting on multi outdoor systems and these have already been allocated to you so please don’t worry if you’re reading this, if we haven’t reached out to you already to book in for installation then we will be doing this very shortly.

We are not sure when the next stock drop will be as so many companies have obviously had their quota also, materials are still a little bit hit a miss but they are also improving, so we should be pretty good to get you guys booked in.

Nice little install in a home studio today, working lots of Sundays atm trying to get through the back log!

Another Rointe system, really smart units, we have been very impressed with them.

Nice install today, one of Rointe range units, we’ve been really surprised at the quality and functionality of these units, some really smart features on these inc wifi/app control,

Happy Tails Groomers in Wellow have added a level of poochy VIP to the parlour with a nice cool 5kw wall mounted AC unit, happy pups and happy groomers!

To follow on from the earlier post today, I currently have two Hitachi 3.5 kW systems that have landed with me this afternoon, one of those is pre-allocated and the other one is going to anybody who would like it,

This will cover a space up to 30 m² comfortably

Fully installed for 1475 pending a visit, no VAT for domestic installations

Wow, I’ve actually had some units delivered!

All these have homes, with a few more to follow on Monday which also have forever homes to go to.

I will be in touch shortly to make installation arrangements.

Others of you patiently waiting still, things are improving as mentioned in my last post and we will be with you very soon.

Good evening guys, a little update again,

I know many of you are waiting for your equipment to land and I appreciate the frustration, it frustrating for us also as we want to fulfil the orders that you have all kindly placed with us

I have had a few few Rointe units land, they are a new brand into the UK market from Spain, a bit like Bosch they are very big in the plumbing and heating well but their product seems pretty solid so far, but so far, they’ve got a good warranty, self clean function and Wi-Fi control, some of these have already got homes, but we still have some in different sizes. This is only single split systems though. 

Mitsubishi and Haier have both let me down on a couple of dates now, Mitsubishi being an IT crash within their distribution network which has held up a lot of existing orders, and they have been unable to fulfil any new orders, but I am told this is improving. At the moment we’re getting dates of around the 10th of August for their kit to land with us, Haier and Fujitsu haven’t been much better with dates being deferred.

Multi outdoor units with every brand still looking like end of August early earliest,

So I will be in touch with everybody who has existing orders very shortly to get some dates in the diary, I’m just hesitant to give anybody a date and then not be able to fulfil this which is why there may have been a little bit of radio silence between us, but I can assure you that your all are on the system and we are chasing all the time for equipment delivery dates.

Thanks again for all the support and we are feeling positive. That equipment availability is improving week on week.

Hi guys, little update!

Some kit is coming back into stock with a mixture of different manufactures,

Should have reasonably good options on single split systems with Mitsubishi, some with Haier and some options with Rointe, so we can get to work for you!

Multi systems are still on longer lead times so a bit of a wait still here, but hope to have at least some dates soon so at least we can get these booked and dated for fitting for those of you that are patiently waiting.
