Friday update on the car park job!!
2 railway sleeper retainers now in and back filled with recycled hard-core, another retaining sleeper wall going in over the weekend and then a top coating of 20mm Sandstone to top it all off!!

Well I've been cutting this hedge and reducing it by about 8foot!!
Now is a perfect time for this kind of work as bird nesting season is over !!
Probably the biggest hedge I've done in 25 years!!

Happy Gardener Today!!
After years of back pain,I've tried all kinds of remedies!!
In the end just popped pain killers like smarties to ease the pain!!
Then went to see John at Body Care Therapy, he checked me over and said 3 or 4 visits and I can sort you out!!
OK ill give it a try ,only had 1 session and already no pain, lot more flexible ,less tired can't wait for my next session!!
Highly recommend this guy!!
