Sometimes the awkward bits of a garden give you the best ideas.
This one started as a full replacement of the existing fencing with heavy-duty feather edge, but there was also a dog leg at the bottom of the garden that wasn’t really doing anything.
Rather than simply fence around it, I built over it and created a hidden storage area, with the feather edge continuing across the front so that when it’s closed, it becomes part of the fence line.
A much cleaner boundary, plenty of extra storage and no need to give up any more of the garden for a shed.
