Work is well underway on this one in Cheadle Hulme 💪 Scaffold up, sign in place, and the roof being stripped back.

Progressing nicely with a hip-to-gable dormer loft conversion, dropped ceilings, single storey rear extension, internal remodel, full renovation, and the cellar stairs moved outside. A proper whole-house transformation.

I love working on period properties, and this is a fine example of an Edwardian Arts & Crafts home with Tudor Revival detailing in Chorlton.

These houses have such a strong architectural identity and richness of detail, which makes a sensitive approach to alteration especially important.

This project explores a carefully considered single storey rear extension, ground floor internal remodel and the potential for a full cellar conversion, helping adapt the house for modern family living while respecting the character of the original building and its conservation area setting.

Recently completed garden gym in Mobberley, Cheshire.

Designed as a simple contemporary wellness studio set within the grounds of a beautiful older home, the building creates dedicated space for fitness, wellbeing and retreat, sitting quietly within its mature garden setting, and softening over time.

Natural timber cladding, a simple pitched form and carefully positioned rooflights help the building feel both modern and timeless.

Contemporary architecture designed to complement rather than compete with its surroundings.

More and more of our work focuses on helping clients adapt period and character homes for modern living, creating new spaces that feel calm, considered and connected to the way people actually live today.

Transforming your period home for modern living.

Always a great moment when a dramatic transformation starts to take shape.

Opening up this Edwardian Arts & Crafts semi. Removing an existing orangery and introducing a new steel frame to unlock the rear of the house.

Next up: single-storey extension, hip-to-gable loft conversion with rear dormer, and a full ground floor remodel.

A key stage on site, where you can finally read the space, light and potential.

Planning approved!

As we wrap up 2025, proud to share that we submitted 22 planning applications across 7 local authorities this year, all gaining planning approval, a 100% success rate.

Here is a recently approved full house renovation and remodel in a Conservation Area in Altrincham, including a sensitively designed rear side-return extension, cellar and garage conversions, and carefully considered external alterations.

On site in the new year and looking ahead to more projects taking shape in 2026.
