Fascia boards, cladded soffit boards and guttering installed on this property in Stockport last week, the customer opted for anthracite grey textured fascia boards which I think looks great on the house. Small outbuilding re-roofed in poynton, old damaged tiles were removed, new breathable membrane and treated 2” x 1” roof battens were installed, the roof was finished in smooth grey Marley concrete plain tile and matching ridge tiles, these were installed using a dry ridge kit to give the customer zero maintenance.

Flat roof replacement on Bosden farm, old felt roof was removed along with the chipboard decking, all joists de-nailed and new 8” x 2” t&g 18mm OSB boards were installed and fixed down to the joists, Epdm Firestone rubber installed over the area and finished off with black edge and gutter trims and code 4 lead flashings plugged and cemented into the walls off the properties. Flat roof removed including all joist work, pitch created to 17.5 degrees using 6 x 2 inch treated timber, double joisted support opening for a 98 x 78cm Velux window. Breathable felt and treated 2 x 1 treated battens and finish in dark grey flat tiles with dry verge and cladded side, all lead work completed using code 4 lead,the customer wanted a vaulted ceiling creating to get the most out of the room with added light from the roof window. Latest job completed on the Bosden Farm estate on two semi ditached properties, flat porch roof converted to a pitch. 4” x 2” treated timber was used for the construction of the roof, this was then covered with breathable membrane, treated 2” x 1” timber battens, grey Marley Modern roof tiles, 9” code 4 lead flashing against the house and under the vertical tiles in 1.5m sections. New white fascia boards fitted along with grey cladding on the sides finished with grey dry verge caps to match. Latest job- pergola hand built on site for a customer at a property on Strines Road, this was made from pressure treated 6” x 2”, 6” 6” posts and 3” x 2” strengthening bars on the corners. What a transformation! Timber canopy installed this week in offerton, this was made from treated 4” x 2” and 3” x 2” timber, breathable membrane, treated 2” x 1” timber battens. Finished off with rustic red m profile roof tiles, code 4 lead for the wall flashing, the wall was ground out and lead plugged in and mortared. New cladded soffit and 16mm thick white fascia boards and dry verge edges. Contact me for your free quote 👍

Porch canopy hand build on site at my property, this was made using treated 3” x 2”, 4”x 2” and 6” x 6” square posts concreted into the ground. Grey flat tiles were put on with matching ridge tiles and lead soakers and step flashings where it meets the wall. Get in touch for a free quote 👍
