This one was for a customer whose cast iron downpipe had started leaking and causing damp to the brickwork behind. Here’s what we did:

✅ Removed the old cast iron downpipe
✅ Installed a brand-new black UPVC round downpipe
✅ Fitted new clips and outlet for a clean, secure finish
✅ Comes with a 10-year warranty for peace of mind

⭐️ Another Job Completed Today! ⭐️

Great to be back for an old customer — we first worked on this property 5 years ago when we installed a dry verge system on the main gable. Today we carried out the following:

✅ Raked out the old mortar and removed all vegetation
✅ Repointed the chimney stack & reflaunched it
✅ Reflaunched the rear chimney stack
✅ Repointed the roof valley
✅ Fixed a leak where rainwater was entering through the lead valley due to missing cement
✅ Repaired water ingress caused by missing lead step flashing on the chimney stack

All sorted and fully weather-proof again! 🔧🏠
