A recently completed en-suite ...

Old suite and tiling removed, walls professionally levelled, re boarded and waterproofed.

Major work on this total bathroom refit completed, including..

•Freestanding bath with freestanding bath mixer with handheld shower 🛁

• 1000 x 900 walk in shower and quality glass screen 🚿

• Counter top basin hand wash with marble counter top 🚰

• Separate Toilet and hand basin Wc room 🚽

Work completed in a timely fashion to the highest of standards 👌

I also installed a new top quality Worcester combi boiler and full copper central heating pipework with traditional black column radiator at the same address 🧞‍♂️

A busy week with the cold snap! ❄️⛄️❄️

Here’s some examples of the stuff I get up to in the week-

• Overboard cylinder compartment with 18mm water resistant hardwood ply after a prolonged water leak had weakened the MDF boarding.. always reassuring to know a massively heavy 250 litre unvented cylinder isn’t going to make a sudden appearance in your living room! 😬

• Replaced a leaking under floor heating manifold- shiny 🙌

• Removed 2 old/unreliable boilers and replaced with some nice new efficient ones, along with protective filters 🌝🔥

Another bathroom make over completed.. 💃🏽🚽🛁🚿

•All walls re plastered

A leaking stop tap amongst the jobs today causing property damage.....the external stop tap was inaccessible, this could of been a nightmare 😬😬😬💦💧💦

Fortunately 🙋🏼‍♂️ I have the solution in an emergency to Isolate a mains water pressure pipe (without spilling a drop of water I might add) 🙌

Aladdin isolator great product with a 10yr guarantee 👍

Some installation jobs from the last couple of weeks ❄️🔥💃🏽

•Removal of old Cylinder and tanks and conversion to a hight output Baxi 🇬🇧 40kw combi Boiler
•Combi swap..removal of a 90’s unreliable Sime boiler and Installation of a quality Worcester in its place 👍

Relocated into loft to free up some space whilst building extension works are being carried out.

Boiler plus compliant- fitted alongside the Hive active heating control and a magnaclean pro 2 protective filter. 💪
