Now the dust has settled, we are proud to look back at the success of the Grand House project.

Unique in so many ways, this design epitomises how diverse each project can be. Exciting and stressful in equal measure - we were overwhelmed by the response to the build.

We look forward to showcasing the project at the MSA awards this week.

We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with Cosentino on this year’s Grand House at Grand Designs Live.

Working closely with the Cosentino team, C+G have explored how material innovation can shape and define architectural clarity.

With a focus on showcasing the full potential of Dekton—through its use across the exterior façade, flooring, internal cladding, and kitchens—C+G have demonstrated its versatility and quality within a cohesive architectural vision.

As part of the wider project team, we look forward to welcoming you to the Grand House at ExCeL London from 1–4 May.
