LGS Electrical Services has recently completed electrical works at Blinker Bar in Manchester. Full containment system installed, power and led lighting throughout. Really happy with the end product, and good luck to Dan the owner!

As you can see the cabling is a complete mess! More like a birds nest I would say.

We removed all that and installed a new 3 phase distribution board, new containment and rewired existing prepayment meters.

!!!PRIVATE LANDLORDS!!!

Government guidelines state that all new tenancys on private houses or apartments must have a mandatory 5 year electrical safety check carried before the 1st July 2020.

LGS Electrical Services are fully NICEIC registered to carry out these inspections and still have some availability, so get your properties booked in asap to avoid government action against you.

Existing tenancy agreements need to have this done before 1st April 2021.
