M60 Scaffolding Ltd is recruiting Part 2 and Advanced Scaffolders to join our growing, family-run business. We have long-term projects across Manchester and the wider North West, offering excellent opportunities for experienced scaffolders looking for job security and career progression.
Experience with system scaffolding is a significant advantage.
Salary & Benefits
• Rates to be discussed - depending on qualifications and experience
• Full-time PAYE employment
• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Thursday: 07:30–16:00
• Friday: 07:30–15:00
• 22 days’ annual leave + 8 statutory bank holidays

About the Role
We are looking for disciplined, self-motivated scaffolders who take pride in the quality of their work and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient er****on and dismantling of scaffolding structures within their level of competence, in accordance with NASC SG4:22, TG20:21 compliance requirements and bespoke designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Complete allocated tasks within required timescales and to the appropriate quality standards.
• Work in accordance with safe systems of work, site rules and company procedures.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of colleagues and others on site.
• Ensure all accidents and incidents are reported correctly.
• Follow instructions provided by clients, supervisors and company management.
• Attend safety meetings and site briefings when required.
Ensure adequate knowledge and experience before undertaking tasks.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of SG4:22.
• Correctly interpret and work from TG20:21 compliance sheets and bespoke design drawings.
• Maintain excellent standards of workmanship, organisation and attention to detail.
Essential Requirements
• Valid CISRS qualification
• Good knowledge of scaffolding practices and safety requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of SG4:22
• Ability to understand and correctly interpret TG20:21 compliance sheets and bespoke design drawings
• Good physical health and fitness for the role
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable, flexible and willing to learn
Full UK driving licence essential.
Experience with system scaffolding is a strong advantage.
