Revolutionising Health & Safety: Good Psychosocial Working Environments – A Pathway to Thriving Workers and Strong Organisations. World Health and Safety at Work Day 2026
Creating a safe and healthy workplace starts with all of us. This year’s theme highlights the power of good psychosocial working environments, places where people feel supported, valued, and respected, and how these foundations help both individuals and organisations thrive.
A strong safety culture goes beyond preventing physical harm. It’s about nurturing communication, manageable workloads, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing. When these elements are in place, people feel confident, connected, and able to perform at their best.
Technology continues to reshape how we manage safety. We continue to invest in technology and digital skills development across our business operations. By digitising documents and processes, we strengthen risk management, streamline compliance, and help prevent incidents before they occur.
Whilst technology continues to advance at a rapid pace, our people and their personal skills development and wellbeing, alongside a commitment to a mentally healthy workplace remains central to our company success. We encourage open conversations, ensure colleagues know where to find support, and work to reduce stigma so everyone feels able to speak up.
Health and safety is an ongoing commitment, one we uphold every day. Together, we can build workplaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
