What do you enjoy most about working here and what's the best part of your job?

Meeting new people at every skill level, driving machines, and working alongside a great set of colleagues.

Working away, learning new skills, and being valued.

What's your favourite machine on site and why?

Forward Tipping Dumpers (FTD) and Rear Tipping Dumpers (RTD).

They're often seen as simple machines, but there's actually a lot more to them than people realise. They teach many of the fundamental skills needed to operate plant machinery safely and effectively, making them a great machine to start learning on. There are also so many different types of dumpers used across the industry that you're always learning something new, which keeps the job interesting.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about booking a course with us?

Great trainers, great facilities, and a proven great record! 😊

Staff Appreciation!
Although Harry has only been with us since April, it genuinely feels like he's been part of the team for much longer. He's settled in brilliantly and has become a valued member of the MP Plant Training family in a very short space of time.

The ProQual Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment is a nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals who want to work on UK construction sites as labourers or non-skilled operatives. A pass in the CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Operatives Test.

Once both requirements are completed, we can apply for your Green CSCS Card, which allows access to most UK construction sites as a labourer.
