❄️🍀KENNEL HEATER FUND APPEAL 🍀❄️

We are fundraising as we usually do this time of year as winter is approaching and it is now time to switch on the heat lamps. The kennels are so cold on a night and we need to keep the dogs lovely and warm. 😘

This year, we’re going to do something different. The heat lamps have been useful, but they are not as safe as we would like. We are now looking at a new kennel panel heater which is cheaper to run and completely safe from any danger of a fire risk.

They are slimline and will fix to the wall next to the dogs bed, keeping them lovely and toasty.
We are hoping to have one eventually for every dog which is 50 permanent kennels and we have 3 temporary kennels. They are £80 each and we are looking to raise as much as possible to replace each heat lamp with this safe heater and continue to help with the running costs towards the huge electricity bill we have to pay monthly with them running all night. The target is 5 k and any extra over would be towards the on going monthly costs🍀🐶

Please donate if you can to the winter warmth campaign and help us keep our dogs as safe as they can possibly be. We have so many in at the moment and we are expecting a little Lurcher who is heavily pregnant, as no one else would take her. This adds to the pressure we are all under. She is arriving at the end of the week.

The kennels are so cold without heating and would make the dogs life quite miserable without these to keep them warm and cozy. No damp bedding too , all nice and dry to snuggle up in . ❤️🐶

Please help us spread a little warmth this winter . The dogs in kennels don’t have homes like our own dogs do, but until they are lucky enough to be adopted , we can make their lives as happy as possible . 🐶❤️

🐶 MAXI’S MATES FUN DOG SHOW 🐶

Fun dog show to raise money for Maxi’s Mates is on Sunday 11/8/24. Judging starts from 11 am and registration from 10am.

Lots of entertainment on for all the family.
Stalls, raffle, tombola, sideshow games, food and refreshments to buy. Licensed bar for adults.
