This is a new roof we started today in norton, Stockton on tees.
This roof was replaced 25 years ago when they had a front extension added on. This lady reached out to us after she had a knock on her door not long ago and it was a company offing dry ridge system at a discounted price, but little did she know it was wrongly installed and they had caused more damage than enough.
They had siliconed tiles back together, broke holes in every line of felt! Basically pushed this repair job to the point of replacement!
This roof needed replacing because the tiles were starting to fall due to not treating the battons used and not the correct millimetre of nails.

After we inspected we advised the customer it’s time for a replacement and with the attached video you will understand why.

Facia soffit and gutters completed last week this week we are playing catch up for all the no urgent jobs and getting a lot of maintenance work done for people that like to keep there roofs tip top condition stay tuned 🤝
