Our lovely new kitchen from Kutchenhaus Congleton has now been installed. Kuldeep, Neil and Paulina are a very friendly team
Paulina came to our house and spent a considerable time talking through what we would like, our budget and her own thoughts on the design. We then were shown a visual image of Paulina's design, it was brilliant.
Anthony the kitchen fitter is one of the most conscientious workmen we have had the pleasure of meeting. It is no exaggeration to say his attention to detail is second to none. Design savvy, punctual, and left everyday making sure everywhere was spotlessly tidy.
He organised all trades and worked brilliantly with them. They all were on site at the exact date and time that had been organised. All were very professional. Anthony was present at each and every process, making sure everything was done in the correct manner. The kitchen itself is very well made, excellent quality as are the sink all of the electrical appliances and the quartz worktops which fitted perfectly.
Paulina the designer was a regular visitor making sure things were on track. We were involved in every aspect with every decision that needed to be made .Communication was excellent. She and Anthony were a good team and worked very well together.
Being retired this process allowed my wife and I to observe a lot of the work. Never underestimate the amount of time that is needed for the preparation and installation.
A visit to the worktop factory was recommended. Excellent idea as you see the material in its full size and not a small sample thus making sure you made have made the right decision.
Our new Kitchen looks amazing, just like the images on the computer. We love it.
