Another commercial drainage survey completed today, this time at a site that’s being prepared for a brand-new Starbucks. ☕
Using our crawler CCTV camera system, we carried out a full inspection of the underground drainage network to check the condition of the pipework before construction gets underway.
These surveys are an important part of the development process, helping to identify any issues such as cracks, displaced joints, root ingress, blockages, or other defects that could cause problems later on. Catching these issues early can save developers a lot of time, money, and disruption once building work starts.
The crawler camera allows us to inspect larger diameter pipes in detail, providing clear footage and accurate reporting on the condition of the drainage system below ground.
It’s always interesting being involved at the early stages of a project and seeing what’s hidden beneath the surface before a site is transformed into something completely new.
