Large insurance job on for the next 2 weeks. Major water damage throughout the upstairs and down stairs, of this recently decorated property unfortunately. All the insulation has got to be removed with it being saturated and holding water and replaced with new. Re board all ceiling and re plaster throughout first floor and repair work to areas on the ground floor.

Problems with damp/condensation creating black spot was evident on both of these cold external bedroom walls. We eradicated the black spot growth with a fungicidal treatment. Both external walls were then lined with 62mm thick insulated plasterboard before plastering. This has created a warm comfortable environment in the room while helping to reduce the amount of heating required to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
