Complete transformation consisting of complete excavation of front and back garden.
Cut down and scarified the top layer taken off and replaced with new turf.

Complete excavation of a very tired looking drive extended to make wider for more parking space. Over 40 ton of spoil taken away replaced with 150mm of type 1.45m2 of bracken block paving with light grey border. Complete excavation to the side of the house replaced with a new drainage system and 15m2 of fossil Indian Stone finished with natural jointing.

Total excavation of old grass relay of new turf 32m2 extended driveway to accommodate more parking with eco grid system. 35m2 finished off with black ice gravel, extended the pathway around side of house with Kota black Indian stone, 18m2 with grey jointing completed with black ice gravel borders. Complete excavation of old artificial grass put in on a slope, sleeper retaining wall put in to bring height up and level off replaced with 25m2 new artificial premier grass.
Old concrete steps taken out and replaced with new sleeper steps and Anthracite porcelain treads.

Part 2
Tired looking area replaced with new timber frame & 12m2 of grey composite decking and step finished off with black ice gravel border.

Another outstanding job for G&L to date consisting of 3 areas and what a transformation this is and a pleasure to see the end results.

Area1
Total excavation breeze block retainer wall built with matching returns either end.
Done in Quartz White 900 x 600 porcelain slabs with Anthracite border , sleeper retainer wall built around shed finished in Black Ice decorative stone.

Area 2
Originally old tarmac pathway taken out and restored back to life with new step access to new drive way, slabbed in Kandla Grey Indian Stone and finished in Storm Grey Jointing
total area (32m2)

Area 3
Total excavation of driveway ,cobbled strip & edging curb at front of driveway, driveway consisting of heavy duty Eco Grids and infilled with Black Ice Decorative Stone, old wall revamped on wooden cladding to match sleeper planters plus new step to access garden area.
Total area (60 m2)
