I thought about adding another stop tap on top of the other 2 stop taps to see how many stop taps it would take to stop the water. It turns out that just 1 decent stop tap does the job.

The customer and I also couldn't stand the DIY compression jointed unclipped pipework, so I changed it.

I also fitted an outside tap seeing as its outside tap season and measured it too perfection as you can see, I even got a close up picture of the screws in all the same orientation because why wouldn't you?

Another big one ticked off ✅
Just finished a full S-plan open-vented heating system in this large bungalow. 10 radiators, a Worcester heat only condensing boiler with a header tank, and a serious amount of copper used throughout.
Crawling through that shallow loft in this heat wasn’t easy, but the end result made it worth it 💪🔥

I have not posted for a while but here is the start of a bungalow refurbishment.

• 7 radiators fitted to the wall and covered to protect them whilst other work is carried out.
• Bathroom with cast iron bath ripped out.
• Boiler and storage tank re piped.
• Old pipe work removed and fresh pipe work for radiators and gas to the boiler laid out in the loft, clipped every 3ft to secure it even though I hate odd numbers but the joists made it that way.
• 3 walls chased out to the loft so all pipe work will be concealed.

I found the laser level a great asset but marking up the way I was taught with a level was a lot quicker and slightly more accurate.

Also what you may notice in the first few pictures is how badly the bungalows extension has sunk compared to the laser level. We fitted the radiator level as requested and not for aesthetics.
