Tonight we Went to a customers house in Stockton Brook which had a report of low pressure at the gas inlet, home serve provided a ‘full’ service and put a warning notice on the boiler due to this. Responding to the owners insurance policy 6 engineers have attended this issue in the last 12 months!!!!
Shale in gas pipes especially around the potteries is a huge problem and can seriously damage your appliance it took 15 minutes to get this out of the appliance gas valve and even longer from the pipe work however a little time and the boiler and other appliances are now working at their correct pressure!

Fan changed on this Wessex Comercial Boiler along with a how water pump which had been slightly leaking causing damage to the pump body.

Expansion vessel burst on this Worcester greenstar 24i Junior caused by passing keyless filling link, due to the positioning this unfortunately meant the boiler had to be taken off the wall to access and replace the vessel! A couple of hours later rand it’s back up and running 👍
