Hello All!👋

Here we have what started as a damp issue inside this lovely Air B&B cottage

It turned out that this condensate pipe had been fitted into an incorrect fitting and filled with silicone.
🪠
This eventually failed & caused water to eventually creep through the brick work.
🚽
This was rectified with the correct fitting and now the damp & damaged paint can be taken care of.

550 x 250mm half wall tiles & herringbone feature tile behind the toilet. Oak look vinyl flooring, anthracite panel radiator & slim line basin to really get the most out of the space we had.

The customer designed this from a photograph they had seen online and were extremely pleased with the end result.

Finished in a metro style, bevelled grey tile with a traditional/modern look on the appliances and furniture.

We went for a longer, thinner tray with a two screen combination with flipper panel to get the best use of the shower area in this en-suite without moving the original place of the appliance.

This en-suite was finished to a very poor standard with more than a few eyesores on closer inspection.
🚽
Leaking plumbing, tiles broken and in the wrong places, poorly finished mastic, appliances fitted incorrectly & missing components.

We have removed the suite & tiles, fixed the plumbing and done the job to the standard this en-suite deserves.
