🌧️ When it rains, it pours! 🌧️

What a challenge today has been. From collecting materials in the pouring rain to building this pergola in the same weather, it’s safe to say we’ve been put to the test!

Despite ending the day feeling like a pair of wet sponges 😂, we got the job done.

This was a returning customer who showed us a photo of a pergola they loved and asked us to recreate it to the same dimensions. We’re delighted with how it turned out, and most importantly, so is the customer.

No matter the weather, we’re committed to delivering quality workmanship every time. 💪

Another project completed for one of our valued returning customers.

We removed the existing patio slabs and replaced them with a beautiful Chalice Welsh Slate Patio Kit, chosen by the customer to transform her outdoor space.

The installation was finished with a gravel drainage channel along the bottom edge to ensure effective water runoff (unfortunately, we forgot to take photos of this stage!).

Most importantly, the customer is absolutely delighted with the finished result. In her own words, it’s “even better than I imagined when I viewed the samples.”

One of this week’s projects was for a returning customer — always appreciated and a great sign of customer satisfaction.

We laid this patio area using standard 2x2 slabs, creating a clean, practical, and low-maintenance outdoor space that’s perfect for everyday use.

Another one from today as an emergency last minute job

The gate is used as joint access to a business & home for dog grooming so a fully working gate is needed for constant access

So one call to us we quickly knocked up a gate and got in back in working order, because the one one had come away and fell off

So this one was such a fun project to take on! 👌

We were contacted after being recommended by another happy customer, and after seeing a picture online of the pergola design they wanted, we got straight to work bringing their vision to life.

No plans, no drawings — just us, our tools, timber, and experience… and wow, what a transformation! 🔨🌿

Everything was completely built from scratch and made to match exactly what the customer wanted.

Alongside the pergola build, we also lifted and relayed all of the existing slabs to make them level again, as many had sunk over time due to only being laid on a dot-and-dab bed rather than a full cement bed.

Really pleased with how this one turned out! 💪
