This inconspicuous unit is our advanced warning telemetry unit, with this we can monitor your pumping equipment for a variety of faults. We are currently the most competitive for this service.

We are able to monitor the following:

Pump running/not running
pump tripped/not tripped
high level alarm
Power failure
And any number of digital inputs that may be required.

We also use a relay output to mute any alarms remotely, this is great if the equiptment is close to residential buildings.

Our GSM monitoring equiptment comes with a roaming sim card that automatically connects to the strongest of the top 3 mobile networks.

We recently replaced a 14 year old soft starter with a new compact ABB unit. Soft starters are a great way to relieve mechanical stress and reduce water hammer in a pump station. This is achieved by steadily ramping the pump up to full speed and inversely ramping the pump down on the stop command. This particular soft starter is completely set up in the unit and can be supplied with a panel mount HMI.
