When we saw the conditions this family had been left living in, we knew we had to help. 💙

Sarah and her two children had been left without a functioning kitchen, bathroom or hot water after losing £22,000 to previous contractors who failed to complete the work.

What began as a request for a quotation became a two-week renovation, completed at no cost to the family thanks to Triora Group, MKM Stafford and Taylor Flooring.

Our team installed the kitchen, completed the necessary electrical and tiling work, corrected defective work left behind and helped restore the essential facilities the family needed.

A huge thank you to MKM Stafford, who supplied the new bathroom, and Taylor Flooring, who supplied and fitted the flooring in both rooms. Their generous support helped make this project possible. 👏

🏥 Restoring Critical Healthcare Infrastructure Through Intelligent Engineering

Triora Group was appointed to resolve persistent water ingress affecting two operating theatres at Practice Plus Group's Surgical Centre in Devizes after multiple previous repair attempts had failed.

🔍 Through detailed investigations, our team identified the true root causes, including failing roof seams, compromised insulation, service penetrations and damaged ductwork.

💡 Rather than recommending a costly full roof replacement, we delivered a value-engineered solution using a Kemperol waterproofing system alongside complete ductwork remediation, re-insulation and protective aluminium cladding.

✅ The results:
• Water ingress completely eliminated
• Operating theatres returned to service
• Asset lifespan extended
• Delivered on time and within budget
