I wanted to thank you and your team at Northern Bespoke Developments for the fantastic work you have recently undertaken by extending and renovating our house and gardens.
From our initial consultation with you to discuss our vision and design options, to the finished project, your service has been first class. You employ skilled craftsmen, not tradesmen. Your team’s attention to detail is impeccable and their desire to achieve the best possible finish, shines through. Unexpected difficulties were handled with ease and there was never a rush to make up for lost time due to weather delays, simply the commitment to doing things properly.
One of the key differences to the service that Northern Bespoke Developments offers, is to provide a dedicated Site Foreman. I hadn’t appreciated just how valuable having a single point of contact for all queries can be until I spoke with friend undertaking a similar project at the same time, who was having to act as his own Foreman, having the hassle of coordinating various trades and virtually running the project in his own time. I must give our special thanks to Steve Cole who handled every alteration (and there were lots!), and every query, within his stride. He is a fantastic asset to NBD and treats your home and project as if it were his own.
Northern Bespoke Developments don’t deal with house extensions, they create amazing spaces for families to make memories and thanks to them, we’re enjoying doing just that!
