Vacancy - Reactive Maintenance Joiner

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Reactive Maintenance Joiner to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role working across residential, commercial, and public sector properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will be multiskilled, with strong experience in joinery alongside a good working knowledge of wet trades, roofing, and painting techniques. You will take pride in delivering high quality workmanship while maintaining excellent safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Carpentry & Joinery SVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent)
Multi-trade experience with knowledge of wet trades, roofing, and painting.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS card is desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Lewis Builders Ltd are looking for a Labourers/Groundworkers to become part of our busy team. The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role. Ideally the candidate will hold a current CSCS card. This is a permanent position working 39 hours per week with regular opportunities for overtime.

Please note, salary will be based on experience.

Role Description
Lewis Builders Ltd are looking for a time served Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with previous experience in the Plumbing and Heating industry, who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. The candidate must be able to work both alone and as part of a team with a positive attitude.

This is a permanent position working 39 hours per week with regular opportunities for overtime. The candidate will be required to participate in the on-call rota which is one in every seven weeks.

Requirements:
SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
Experience in a similar role.
Full UK Driving Licence.
CSCS card is desired.
