Had an ongoing issue that 3 previous companies had failed to address. Michael came out , assessed my issues , explained everything thoroughly and clearly so I understood. He was very honest, talked me through each step and showed me the footage . Resolved the issues , which I'd been losing sleep over for ages. Couldn't ask for more . I just wish I'd have found this company before trying the others .
