We had a kitchen and bathroom to first fix as well.

This week, we installed a Worcester heat only boiler. We had to relocate the boiler as we could not get the clearances needed where the old one was located. We thoroughly flushed the system with magnacleanse to ensure the new boiler works efficiently.
The new boiler was wired up to the existing controls and comes with 10 years warranty.

This week we removed an old heat only boiler and cylinder and converted it all to a new 30kw combi boiler controlled by a new hive thermostat.
We gave the system a thorough flush with the magna cleanse to make sure the system is nice and clean.
We also fitted a new mira digital shower as the old one was not compatible with the higher water pressure of the new system.

On this job the customer wanted their old boiler replaced before they have a new kitchen fitted next month. The old motorised valve and wiring centre were under the floor boards so we relocated them all to the airing cupboard so any future maintenance is much easier to carry out.
External condense pipe was lagged to stop it from freezing in the winter months and the system was fully flushed with magnacleanse. This boiler comes with 10 years manufacturers warranty.

We had a call out with the heating not working properly, after some investigating we found the old boiler to have a split heat exchanger and part of the old pipe work to be very clogged up. We supplied and fitted a new grant oil boiler, fitted a new central heating pump and replaced the old blocked pipework. The system was thoroughly flushed with chemicals and magnacleanse to ensure the new boiler is working perfectly.

On today’s job we removed the existing system
Boiler and cylinder in the loft space. The customer wanted to re locate the new combi boiler downstairs so it was more accessible for them as they could no longer get in the loft.
New wireless controls were also fitted with a carpenter on site tomorrow to build a cupboard around the new boiler.

On this recent job we fitted a brand new heating circuit, with new radiators and new hot water cylinder. We also fitted a new pump, zone valves, magnetic filter and heating controls.
At the same time we also fitted a new water softener to help prevent the build up of limescale and prolong the life of the domestic appliances.
