Ground works including foundations formed
Replacement of sewer and storm drains with uPvc including build overs
New drains set & PCC manhole ring
Installation of new oil tank and burner
Reading now for next phase of installation of suspend floor and block work

CAS Construction Group recently completed a fully accessible disabled bathroom and bedroom extension with a printed concreted finish and raised garden area and exterior fence in Derry city, designed and delivered as part of NIHE disabled grants program in partnership with GABLE housing

Project highlights:
• Modernised disabled wet room with full accessibility features
• New rear bedroom and internal hallway
• Printed ashlar concrete in sandstone finish
• New boundary wall and fence to rear and side of garden
