Ex-MOD T20 Diesel Industrial 🤩

This is no ordinary T20 diesel, this is the industrial (TeT) model which started its life out as a military tractor.🪖

This tractor has been completely rebuilt by it’s owner, then it was brought to me for a complete paint restoration 😮‍💨

This restoration used all original parts and panels, whilst this is a more time consuming and costly choice, the end result makes it all worth it as no panels fit like the originals😎

The amount of hours that went into this project was crazy! However, it was all worthwhile when the owner took the tractor over to Nottinghamshire to The Newark Vintage Tractor & Heritage Show.

Although the competition was tight the tractor won its category “Best Ferguson tractor on show”🏆

Here are some photos of the process I think you’ll all agree this is a stunning tractor and a real credit to its owner Jonathan Haire.

This tractor was already in good condition but needed refreshed in a few areas to leave it factory fresh😎

▪️tractor stripped

▪️front green grills and steps blasted and painted

▪️front grill, exhaust heatshield and stack, mirror arms blasted and painted

▪️wheels removed, deep cleaned hubs painted

▪️ full exterior de-tar and polish to restore gloss

All repainted panels were blasted, epoxy primed, 2pack primed then topcoated with 2k topcoat

🔷T7 270 rims, all rims blasted, beads broke + masked, ероху primed, seam sealed and rust pitting filled, 2 pack primed, 2pack topcoat

🔷T7 245 rims, rims removed, centres removed, fully blasted, bead broke + masked, epoxy primed, seam sealed and rust pitting filled, 2 pack primed, jointing surfaces and edges topcoated, hardware blasted and primed and new nuts and washers fitted, bolted together and then painted as one unit, refitted on tractor

VW Transporter alloys💪

These tired looking rims were brought back to life again, the customer opted for an all gloss black appearance which looks stunning with the black trim around the van to match, the calipers were colour coded to the orange bodywork on the van, also the rear bumper trim was painted to remove the factory plastic and leave a smooth gloss finish.

The process for rims is as follows
🔸tyres removed
🔸acid dipped to remove previous coatings
🔸sandblasted to provide a profile for new coating
🔸etch primed for adhesion and corrosion protection
🔸high build primed
🔸 imperfections sanded and primer smoothed
🔸black topcoat applied
🔸tyres refitted with new valves and rebalanced

This tractor was tidied up for a local dealer, it recieved the following:

Been an extremely busy few months, heres some pictures of some New Holland TM tractors that have been restored back to how they should look😍🚜

▪️TM125 replacement bonnet sprayed aswell as new grill sprayed and fitted, new decals fitted and rims sprayed💪

▪️TM135 side panels and grill sprayed, new decals, rims blasted interior and exterior clean and polish, wedding prep💍

▪️TM130 full bonnet respray, new decals and set of weights sprayed and fitted👌

▪️TM155 full bonnet respray, new decals, rims sprayed, full exterior clean and polish, steps repaired and resprayed aswell as mirror arms and heatshield removed and resprayed🤌

Some photos of a recent restoration of a massey ferguson 165, this tractor was fully stripped and a few mechanical issues sorted, sandblasted, epoxy primed followed by a 2 pack build primer then 2 pack topcoat.

Alot of work went into this tractor but i think the results speak for themselves, feel free to share
