We’re proud to announce that EP Builders has been appointed as the contractor for the transformation of the former building on Grove Street, West Cheltenham, into the new Everyman Theatre Education & Community Centre — part of the theatre’s £1 million “Grove Street Appeal”.
Project overview
• The building facing Grove Street will undergo a full refurbishment to become a vibrant, inclusive creative-arts hub, opening Spring 2026.
• The centre will provide space for the Everyman’s education and community programmes, reaching over 22,000 people each year, including under-served groups.
• By redeveloping this facility, EP Builders will help expand access to arts, improve wellbeing through creative engagement, and support the theatre’s mission of reinvesting profits into the community.
