How many businesses are paying a loyalty tax on their maintenance contracts?

We speak to businesses all the time who have been with the same national provider for 5, 10, even 15+ years.

Every year:
📈 Prices creep up
📈 Service gets less personal
📈 Response times get slower
📈 Engineers change constantly

And because everything is “working”, nobody questions it.

Until they compare.
