spectively, creating Kerry Maintenance, a family run business with over 50 years combined experience. By working together, they were able to provide a complete service of plumbing and heating needs. Since then, Kerry Maintenance has grown massively, now with small teams of gas engineers, plumbing engineers and property maintenance engineers, all supported by our administration team in the office. We are now able to carry out any maintenance works required on your property. With the gas engineers servicing your boiler each year to ensure it is running efficiently and safely. Our plumbing engineers are here to help with anything from a dripping tap to installing a whole bathroom suite. And for everything else that needs a little attention, our property maintenance team can be of service. Of course, as the company has grown bigger, taking on more clients and engineers, the office has needed to expand as well. Our little office in Stroud town was a tight squeeze when everyone was in there and the parking situation meant we were always on the lookout for the parking warden. In 2020 we moved offices to Wallbridge Industrial Estate. By building a bespoke office from scratch in one of the old railway arches, we have been able to design and create an office and storeroom that works for us. It is a very unique space and with the arch as the main feature, it definitely stands out. The office works perfectly for the business and allows room to grow. If we are unable to do the works required on your property, we know someone who you can trust to do the job.
